Polish-German Chambre of Commerce in cooperation with Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Skandinavian-Polish Chambre of Commerce and the Companies Deloitte and Pagero invites you for an English-speaking webinar about e-invoicing mandate in Poland.

Poland has now set its course on a nationwide B2B e-invoicing mandate. According to an amendment (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2076), e-invoicing via KSeF will become obligatory for all businesses in 2023 (based on the most recent published information, potential introduction shall be in Q2 2023).

Although it is nearly a year for preparing for the new obligation, and it may seem that there is still plenty of time for implementation works, bearing in mind that invoicing process touches a number of different areas with organizations and their processes (e.g. finances, IT, logistics, legal, and even issues relating to settlements with employees), as a result, it is surely worth to start preparation process well in advance.

Join Pagero and Deloitte to learn about the new regulations and how your business can best prepare.
